Quick Impossible Quiche

12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded cheese

2 cups milk

1 cup Bisquick

4 eggs

chopped onion

1/4 tsp. salt

dash of pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese, bacon, and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt, and pepper for approx. 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake 35 minutes, until top is golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. 

Variation: Only 6 bacon slices can be used or ham cubes or broccoli.
